Carbon fiber materials are characterized by high strength at low weight. Carbon is very often used in motorsport, especially in vehicle aerodynamics components. Various types of spoilers, diffusers, splitters, and fairings are made of carbon.

In our Carbon Division – a production department specialized in working with carbon – the components we offer are created, including the Front Splitter for the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 / 55 / 63 S E Performance C192. The front splitter is an aerodynamic element of the front part of the vehicle, covering the lower part of the front bumper.

The Front Splitter lowers the body. This reduces the airflow space from the front under the car by 2 centimeters. The splitter is equipped with mounting holes. These holes prevent interference with the element's structure, thereby not reducing its strength.

The Front Splitter was made in Poland. It was produced using the thermocompression method. Carbon fiber cures at high temperatures and high pressure. An autoclave is used for this. This is the most modern method of carbon production, guaranteeing an excellent result – both in terms of strength properties and visual appearance.

We ship carbon products properly secured – in addition to traditional film that protects the product from scratches, we also use a large amount of bubble wrap and protective matting, which protect the product from impacts and vibrations during transport.
